Completing or paying for a booking means that you agree to all the terms and conditions below.

Booking time
Your booking starts and ends at the scheduled times. Arriving late does not extend the booking.
Room capacity
The VIP room has a maximum capacity of 10 people. If your group exceeds this limit, additional fees may apply or extra guests may be refused entry, depending on venue capacity.
Changes and cancellations
You may change or cancel a booking at least 24 hours before its scheduled start time. Changes are subject to slot availability.
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the booking, the amount paid will be held as venue credit that can be used within 30 days. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
Facilities and damage
You are responsible for damage caused by misuse. Tampering with facilities or equipment inside the room is prohibited.
Conduct and staff instructions
You must follow instructions from Bowlo Bowling staff. Management may end a booking without a refund if there is inappropriate conduct or damage to the venue.
Personal belongings
Management is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost or left inside the rooms.
Booking and payment confirmation
A booking is confirmed after successful payment and a booking confirmation. Payments are processed by MyFatoorah, and Bowlo relies on the payment status verified by the payment provider.
