By using the website or completing a booking, you agree to these terms for Bowlo’s VIP room booking service.

Booking and price
A booking is subject to availability and is confirmed after successful payment and a booking confirmation. The price and total shown on the final review screen before payment are authoritative for that booking.
Payment
Payments are processed by MyFatoorah. A redirect or bank message alone is not confirmation; Bowlo relies on the verified provider status. Bowlo will not make an additional charge without new authorization.
Customer responsibilities
Provide an accurate name and phone number, arrive on time, and follow venue and safety rules. The adult making the booking is responsible for their group and accompanying minors.
Availability and changes
We may need to change or cancel a booking for operational, safety or force-majeure reasons. We will try to contact you and offer a suitable alternative or refund where the service cannot be provided.
