Booking Changes & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains the deadline for changing or cancelling a booking and what happens to the amount paid.

Change or cancellation deadline
You may change or cancel a booking at least 24 hours before its scheduled start time. Changes are subject to slot availability.
Cancelling at least 24 hours before
The amount paid will be held as venue credit that can be used within 30 days.
Late cancellations and no-shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
How to submit a request
Send your change or cancellation request through WhatsApp at 0590238813 and include the booking reference so the team can verify it.
