This policy explains how Bowlo collects, uses and protects personal data when you use the website or make a booking.

Data we collect
We collect your name, phone number, booking details and any notes you submit. For payments, we receive transaction identifiers, status and amount. We do not receive or store your full card number or CVV.
Why we use it
We use the data to provide the booking, process and reconcile payment, prevent abuse, support customers, and meet accounting or legal obligations.
Legal basis
We process data needed to perform the booking and payment contract, on consent where consent is required, to meet legal obligations, and for legitimate interests such as protecting the service and preventing fraud. You may withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Service providers
Data may be processed by Supabase for database and authentication services, Netlify for website hosting, and MyFatoorah for payment processing. We disclose only what is needed to provide the service.
Processing location and transfers
Our providers may use infrastructure outside Saudi Arabia. Where an international transfer occurs, we use providers committed to data protection and apply safeguards required by applicable law.
Retention, destruction and security
We keep data as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete it or de-identify it unless the law requires retention. We use restricted access, encryption in transit and an administrative audit trail, although no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
