We collect your name, phone number, booking details and the player names you submit for group bookings. We may retain a special-request note submitted with an earlier booking under the retention rules below. For payments, we receive transaction identifiers, status and amount. We do not receive or store your full card number or CVV.

We use the data to provide the booking, process and reconcile payment, prevent abuse, support customers, and meet accounting or legal obligations.

We process data needed to perform the booking and payment contract, on consent where consent is required, to meet legal obligations, and for legitimate interests such as protecting the service and preventing fraud. You may withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

We may share only the data necessary with trusted parties that help us operate the website, complete bookings and process payments. They may not use it for unrelated purposes except where required by law.

Our providers may use infrastructure outside Saudi Arabia. Where an international transfer occurs, we use providers committed to data protection and apply safeguards required by applicable law.

We keep data as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete it or de-identify it unless the law requires retention. We use restricted access, encryption in transit and an administrative audit trail, although no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
